Documentary Screening: Playing For Keeps

IRL Rye is proud to team up with Rye ACT, the Rye Free Reading Room, and other local organizations to bring you a free screening of the documentary Playing For Keeps.

All are welcome to attend Saturday afternoon’s screening in the Library’s Meeting Room, and to enjoy hands-on play experiences set up around the event including various games, crafts, and activities.

Andrew Bell, Program Director for Children’s Mental Health at the Westchester County Department of Community Mental Health, will introduce the film and speak to the power of play in all our lives.

Childcare will be provided for children ages 3–5 by the Rye YMCA, and Rye Recreation will supervise children ages 5+ in the Teen Room during the film.

We look forward to playing with you!
